Edelmark AS has been awarded an Erasmus+ KA210-VET Small-scale Partnership grant, administered by HK-dir, to develop vocational training on turning organic waste into a resource. The project runs from 1 September 2026 to 30 November 2027 and brings together three partners: Edelmark AS (Norway, coordinator), Pannonia Consulting (Croatia) and Pažinimo Medis (Lithuania).
Over the project we will produce:
- a five-module VET curriculum on circular bioeconomy, composting, vermicomposting and soil health
- a teachers’ resource book with practical guidance
- four to five short videos, with subtitles in Norwegian, Croatian, Lithuanian and English
- an online repository hosting all materials
The materials will be tested with about 45 learners, and nine VET educators will take part in a five-day learning mobility in Croatia. The first phase is a gap analysis of current curricula in the three countries, based on curriculum review, teacher interviews and employer consultations.
Take part: We are looking for teachers in agriculture, horticulture and related subjects in Norway for short interviews. Contact alenetesfamichael@edelmark.no
